The software stopped working due to all the crippling bugs combined with Mac OS updates- it literally stopped being able to play back audio without immediate glitch outs. They only wanted to assure me the bugs would be fixed, or that there weren't any actual bugs- they didn't want to hear nothing about a refund. Long story short, they wouldn't refund me.
